Abacus Connect — a tier for spreadsheet operators

Connect is a $200/month entry tier for operators still running their portfolio out of a Google Sheet. The sheet stays as the source of truth; Abacus gives it a professional dashboard, a branded merchant portal, and alerts. Five add-on modules let Connect tenants unlock what they need without jumping to Pro: Brokers & Commissions, Syndications, Collections Workflow, Compliance Pack, and Advanced Analytics.

AI Collections — voice, text, and now email

Open a collections case and the outreach panel gives you three AI channels side-by-side. Voice calls use a compliant agent that adjusts tone by stage and auto-saves transcripts as notes. Text messages and emails are drafted from case context, previewed before send, and logged as activity. All three route through the Vercel AI Gateway for model flexibility.

Brokers & Commissions

The Brokers module tracks broker relationships, deal attribution, and commission payouts — including lump-sum payouts that cover multiple deals in a single batch. Brokers get their own portal with their pipeline, commission history, and payout schedule.

Merchant portal upgrades

• Full notification history (not just unread) behind the bell icon
• Document requests — merchants see what you need and upload directly
• Payoff letter flow now routes through operator approval before generating the PDF
• Send-via-email action on Vault documents, disclosures, and payoff letters
• Welcome email on first invite, restructured daily digest
